Kasčiūnas receives criticism from public figures, but Ukraine support organisations express their support
Following a request by some public figures for the President not to appoint MP Laurynas Kasčiūnas as Minister of National Defence, more than 20 organisations with a wide range of support for Ukraine expressed their support for the politician.
In a post shared on Facebook on Thursday, social activist Valdas Bartkevičius announced that Kasčiūnas is supported by organisations such as „LDK Palikuonys“, „Peremoga“, „Locked and Loaded“, „Lietuvos žvalgas“, „Ukrainy namai“, „Lietuvių legionas“ and others, as well as by the head of the organisation „Blue/Yellow“, Jonas Ohmanas.
