"Wind of change (pseudoperestroika)
A few days ago, a wind of change blew from the turbines of an airplane in Makhachkala, where they were looking for Jews... The Russian Third Reich is no different from the German one. The spirit of the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact was uprooted in Germany, but continued to grow and strengthen in the expanses of Mussorgsky. The Bolsheviks have been replaced by "pseudo-neoliberals", but the ideology remains the same.
Makhachkala is the capital of Dagestan, part of the Caucasus, where as many as 30 peoples have lived together for centuries, with their own languages and customs, including Jews. Another 110 other peoples could be counted until very recently. But the Russian Empire prevailed and, after the two Chechen wars, radicalised the population, turning them into Islamists. That is the same people against whom they were supposedly fighting, against the free Republic of Ichkeria. This did not happen overnight, it was cultivated from the beginning of the fall of the Bolshevik Empire, and it was a stage in the creation of the new Russian Reich.
The same narratives they applied to the birth of the German Reich, tacitly concealing the fact of the existence of a conspiracy (the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact) - anger and the imposition of blame on others.
As always, Asians, Caucasians or Jews are on hand. The latter are always to blame - there are just too many of them, too well off, too rich or too talented.
It just so happened that when Boris Yeltsin took over the leadership and power on a tank, his team included the Jews Berezovsky and Khodorkovsky, who built the economic foundations of a new empire, allowing a new Tsar Putin to come.
The Jews are always guilty, and the latter are no longer on the new Tsar's team. The Jews are always "guilty", it has always been that way in that country of hate. It will always be so.
There are no pogroms yet in the empire's old and new capitals, but dozens or even hundreds of videos are circulating at lightning speed of businessmen renting property convincing a nation of human beings that there are no Jews in their homes, adding: there are CCTV cameras everywhere and we will see them. Orwell is back in his coffin. Again and again. History has come full circle. It is difficult to know whether it is 1937 or 1984. Perestroika only began in 1985.
The people continue to fight furiously against the neo-Nazis in Ukraine, who are allegedly inciting them to do so.
In the late 1980s, the German rockers The Scorpions sang "Wind Of Change", which became one of the most massive "vaccines" for the Western mind. A vaccine that did not give immunity, but that clouded their minds for good, and that clouded the consciousness of many sober-minded people. In the romantic ballad, Russian soldiers have become brothers, children who have forgotten the past look to the future. I am simplifying the text because the future is already here and the children want to win, unlike their parents on that August night. The balalaika has never been transformed into a guitar, and the "grads" and "iskanders" are used as intended.
The illusion of the winds of change was designed to create Western self-deception and it worked, and it works well today. The magical idea continues to enchant the Westerners, so there will be more Kisses, there will be more of everything... The Westerners want so much to believe that the people there are like us.
On Sunday, I watched people getting off the Russian train at Kena station. A crowd of people (about fifty or so), no different from us, were waiting for the train to Vilnius, huddled on their phones, some of them being picked up by friends or Bolt, others going to the bus that left earlier. Their final destination is not necessarily Lithuania, but the start is there - in or through Mazzkow, even from Crimea.
We are quietly collaborating with them. Customs checks their suitcases just inside the station, where there are no metal detectors or gates. A temporary route to Europe. Those who use it, who return home from time to time to leave again, know this. The war hardly exists in their heads. They are all for peace while they are here. And there?
In the West, it's calm and good, in the streets of Vilnius it's helovin' - it's important not to look up, life is here and now. Tomorrow doesn't exist, just like yesterday.
